How HOOD5050 Works
HOOD5050 is a Web3 50/50 raffle system built on Robinhood Chain with ETH and USDG raffles. RandProofRNG powers verifiable winner randomness, and RandProofAutomation helps trigger finalization when raffles end or sell out.
Powered By ETH & USDG
Hold ETH Or USDG To Create Or Join Raffles
HOOD5050 raffles run in ETH or USDG. Creating an ETH raffle requires 0.01 ETH: a 0.0099 ETH platform creation fee plus a 0.0001 ETH decentralized finalization reserve. USDG raffles cost 10.00 USDG plus the same 0.0001 ETH reserve for RandProofRNG, RandProofAutomation, and fallback settlement.

Rafflenomics
Creator Break-Even Analysis
Creators keep 50% of every ticket sale. To recover the creation fee, a raffle needs to sell enough tickets where that 50% share equals what was paid up front.
ETH Raffle
To recover the 0.01 ETH creation cost, the raffle needs enough ticket sales where 50% of sales equals that fee. ETH Rafflenomics
| Tickets Sold | Total Sales | Creator (50%) | Net P/L | ROI |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | 0.125 ETH | 0.0625 ETH | +0.0525 ETH | +525% |
| 100 | 0.25 ETH | 0.125 ETH | +0.115 ETH | +1,150% |
| 500 | 1.25 ETH | 0.625 ETH | +0.615 ETH | +6,150% |

| 10,000 | 25 ETH | 12.5 ETH | +12.49 ETH | +124,900% |
USDG Raffle
To recover the 10.00 USDG + 0.0001 ETH creation cost, the raffle needs enough ticket sales where 50% of sales equals that fee. USDG Rafflenomics

Create a Raffle
Hold ETH or USDG in your wallet, name your 50/50 raffle, set the duration, and submit the creation payment (0.01 ETH or 10.00 USDG).
Buy Tickets
Join active raffles in their currency. Each ticket costs 0.0025 ETH or 2.50 USDG and is recorded transparently on-chain.
RandProof Winner Selection
When the raffle ends or sells out, RandProofAutomation triggers finalization and RandProofRNG supplies verifiable randomness for winner selection.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Does HOOD5050 use RandProofRNG?
Yes. HOOD5050 uses RandProofRNG direct funding for verifiable winner randomness on Robinhood Chain.
Can I create a raffle in USDG?
Yes. USDG raffles cost 10.00 USDG to create (sent to the platform wallet) plus a 0.0001 ETH finalization reserve. Tickets for USDG raffles cost 2.50 USDG each, and prizes settle in USDG.
What does RandProofAutomation do?
RandProofAutomation can trigger raffle finalization when a raffle reaches its end time or sells out, helping the draw move from ticket sales to winner selection without manual operation.
What is the 0.0001 ETH reserve for?
The creation payment includes a 0.0001 ETH decentralized finalization reserve that helps fund RandProofRNG, RandProofAutomation, and fallback settlement.
Can the contract owner manipulate results?
No. Winner selection uses RandProofRNG randomness fulfilled on-chain. No admin can choose the winner or replace the random result.
Can I verify the winner myself?
Yes. The raffle contract events, RandProofRNG request, fulfillment, finalization, and payout history are visible on-chain.
What if someone controls multiple wallets?
Each ticket has an equal chance regardless of who owns it. Multiple wallets do not affect randomness; they only mean that person owns more tickets.
Why did my ticket purchase fail or revert?
Most failed buys come from MetaMask Smart Account mode (EIP-7702): the wallet wraps the purchase in a delegation batch that roughly doubles gas usage, so larger buys can exceed the gas estimate and revert. Open MetaMask → account settings → turn off Smart Account for that account (or use a regular account), keep a little extra ETH for gas, and retry.
